Shipping and returns

 

We try to ship all orders within one working day, however during busier periods it may take up to three. Delivery times displayed below are on top of this time. Orders will only be dispatched once payment has been confirmed. 

We ship all our orders via SEUR or DHL.

Spain

Please also note that any duty and taxes incurred in the country of destination are the responsibility of the customer.

We reserve the right to delay the dispatch of any order. Sometimes further security checks will be needed to verify a payment and this may delay an order. We will contact you if there is a delay or an item is out of stock.

Delivery times are guidelines only. While we aim to ensure that all orders are received when expected, delivery to a remote destination is not always guaranteed to arrive within the specified shipping time-frame. 

We work closely with our curriers to minimize the potential impact of custom delays for our international customers. 

Processing and delivery times do not include Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays.

EXCHANGES

 You can exchange your item through our online store in 3 easy steps:
1. Email us at info@neutrale.co indicating your order number, the item you want to exchange and the item you want to receive.
2. Prepare the package. You can use the original shipping box or any box that is secure. Please return the product and its packaging in perfect condition otherwise either you would be charged or we wont accept the return.
3. Send us the parcel to this address:

RETURNS

(within 14 days of order receipt.)

2. Prepare the package. You can use the original shipping box or any box that is secure. Please return the product and its packaging in perfect condition otherwise either you would be charged or we wont accept the return.

REFUNDS

Refunds will take approximately 15 business days from the day we receive your return package and form. If there is a problem with your refund we will contact you directly to resolve your problem.

If for any reason after 30 days you still have not received the refund, please contact your bank. After this, don’t hesitate to contact us for further assistance at info@neutrale.co
